Qualifications: MBBS degree from any recognised institution or university. Age Limit: 47 years and not below than 22 years.

Application Fee: Rs. 5000/- (Rs. 2500/- for Reserved Category Candidates) as application fee in the form of Challan through any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce.
