    Software Development Engineer
    Qualifications:
        Must have at least 2-4 years of software development experience.
        Should have an intense desire to build world-class enterprise products.
        Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with C++.
        Basic understanding on Java / J2EE projects will be a big plus.

    Technical Lead
    Qualifications:
        4+ years of experience developing Windows applications with a good understanding of the OS internals.
        4+ years of C/C++/C# programming.
        Understanding and Appreciation of User Experience Design.
        At least 2 years of programming experience in Python will be an advantage.

    Principal Engineer
    Qualifications:
        Bachelors / Masters in Engineering (preferably in IT or CS).
        6+ years of Java development specializing in web applications, Servlet, Java Bean, JDBC, and JSP development.

    Senior Software Development Engineer
    Qualifications:
        4-6 years of professional experience in developing and maintenance of enterprise software.
        Good hands on experience in C++, Win32, OOPS, COM, WTL / STL.
        Basic understanding of Web technologies (IIS, .NET (ASP.NET)).
        Accurate estimation of timescales for their work.
